Working with Flagship Management requires exceptional interpersonal skills and a motivated entrepreneurial spirit in order to cultivate and maintain productive business relationships with client and candidates.
As a recruiter you will manage the recruitment process, identify, pre-screen, and follow-up with candidates, as well as develop and coordinate effective recruitment strategies.
You will cultivate and maintain relationships with potential maritime professionals through the application process. These relationships are established through social networking, headhunting, ad response, research and attendance at industry events.
Desired Skills and Experience
Ideally we are looking for people with the following skills;
- Ability to be self managed, but work in a team environment
- Well-spoken, professional, motivated
- Sales personality, entrepreneurial spirit
- Phone sales or recruitment background a plus
- BS Degree preferred from a Maritime Academy
